Prawns in Chipotle Sauce
Ingredients:
1 Bottle of chipotles chili sauce “La
Consentida”
1 Kilo of fresh crystal prawn without head
2 medium tomatoes
1 garlic clove
1 Onion in slices
Lemon, salt, pepper
Edible vegetable oil
Preparation:
Cook the tomatoes and when it’s ready, grind
it in the mixer with the chipotles chili sauce “La
Consentida” the garlic and the onion.
Take out the shell from the prawns and clean them
removing the black vein, add lemon, pepper and salt.
After that, fry the prawns in oil about 5 minutes,
put on them the sauce previously strain, and let
them cook about 10 minutes with medium fire, add
some salt.
It’s served warm with white rice.
