Potatoes at La Consentida Style
Ingredients:
1 kilo of Cambray Potatoes
½ head of peel garlic
juice of three lemons
4 spoons full of Knor Suiza
½ olive oil cup
3 spoons of macha hot sauce "the ALLOWED one"
Preparation:
Place the potatoes in a casserole. Before cooking
add the other ingredients already mixed and smashed
, except the oil that is added direct to the
casserole, let it boils until the water is consumed
and the potatoes end up frying in oil at the
casserole.
It is important that they are well !!
* The yellow Potatoes are better than the pink one.
