Prawns with Hot Macha Sauce with Peanuts
Ingredients:
1 kg of crystal shrimp crystal
½ kilo of red tomato
1 tooth of garlic
½ of onion (half of a great onion or one small
complete)
¼ bar of butter
1 great spoon full of Hot macha sauce with peanuts
Preparation:
½ onion sliced is fried in butter, adds the raw
shrimps and bare and opened by the part of the back,
as soon they take a Pink color, then we proceed to
add the other liquefied ingredients, the red tomato,
half of the onion and the hot macha sauce with
peanut are let consume with a short fire flame until
the sauce is thickens!! Do not forget to check the
salt taste!!
The shrimps must be marinated 2 hours before cooking
in this sauce
Juice of a big lemon
Drops of Maggie Sauce
Drops of English sauce
1 great spoon full of knor. Suiza
NOTE: when the shrimps
are added with the onion, it does not include the
sauce where they were marinated.
